My Story


Welcome to Redefine PT! I'm Jacquie Baird, a keen health and fitness enthusiast sharing my passion for a fit and healthy lifestyle when motivating my clients to achieve their own fitness goals whether it's in the gym, outdoors in a local park or in the comfort of their own home!

My GOAL as a personal trainer is to make the journey to a healthier lifestyle one that is fun, challenging and empowering. I believe that with the right training programme and a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals - whether that's losing weight, getting stronger or just wanting to look and feel better about yourself, then I can guarantee we will achieve them together through bespoke workouts utilising one or more training techniques to suit YOUR needs.

As a mother of three, I was keen to qualify in Pre & Post Natal Fitness. Understanding the emotional & physical challenges which occur during pregnancy, not to mention the recovery from childbirth are vital when training Mum's to be or those who are ready to return to fitness and trim up.

Life's experience has taught me that it's never too late to follow your dream. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you - so what are you waiting for?!
